I got nothing every time I used it.
I am using Tweak pdf to word now,another converter but performs much better.

great, but not that reliable as desktop converter,I'm using Anybizsoft PDF to
Word converter which supports batch and partial conversion,even protecded PDF can be converted. Have a try.
