Check out http://www.YAKITOME.com It's a free website that reads in multiple languages and with both male and female voices. It has a bunch of useful features that the other website doesn't support.
I was looking for a good TTS site and YAKITOME http://www.yakitome.com is the best I found so far. It does the same as Readtheworks.com and a whole lot more, such as supporting more languages.
