Google Is Now Offering Coupons Online
From the Librarian in Black: "Google is now offering coupons. Yes, coupons. The kind you snip out and bring to the grocery store. Teaming up with Valpak (you know, the blue envelopes with mostly useless coupons?), Google now offers printable coupons from businesses in Google Maps searches. They're only offering 20,000 coupons right now, but plan to expand, which they can probably do easily since they're offering the service free to any business that wants to take advantage of it. If a local business has a coupon available, a "Coupons" link will show up under their name in the Google Maps results. That link will take you to a page with a local map, business information, and a coupon."

hi, after reading your blog i decided to try adding a listing at google maps for my organization. it was very easy and simple to set up. Google suggested making the coupons after they verified my business by phone vs by postcard which takes up to 3 weeks. i will wait to make the coupons for when i see my listings

Google is so smart. Partnering with Valpak and putting coupons on their search results will only make people want to use Google Maps more. Online coupons have become very popular in the last couple years and they are here to stay.
Well.. google continues to amaze us with their innovative thinking and offering services that the people really like and appreciate. The latest is the 411 service in the bay area (CA). Just amazing. Online coupon codes are yet another brilliant idea especially when they are empowering retailers and businesses to reach uptaped markets via incentive programs. What a cool idea. Google has raised the bar even higher.
it's really not new, u can find great websites to find all kind of coupons online. My favorite is www.couponcodes4u.com to find great discounts and coupon codes. Hope this helps!
